How it works

If you're not happy with a digital product you bought from us (an HTML website template, the template bundle or the Fix-list report), ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
You get a full refund. You don't have to give a reason.
To ask, use the contact form (choose "Refund request") or reply to your Payhip receipt email. Include the email address you used at checkout so we can find the order.
The refund is made through Payhip to the card or PayPal account you paid with. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or PayPal.
After a refund, please delete your copy of the files; the licence ends with the refund. A refunded Fix-list licence key stops working.

Services

The done-for-you setup services have their own terms on their pages. Nothing is charged for them on this site: work starts only after we confirm the job and the price with you by email.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and any other consumer law that applies to you. It doesn't limit them.
