Who we are

This site is run by Appy Studio, a small New Zealand operation. You can reach us through the contact form.

Buying

• Products are sold and delivered by Payhip, which handles checkout and payment (card or PayPal). Payhip's own terms also apply to the checkout.
• Prices are shown in US dollars unless a page says otherwise. Payhip may add tax depending on where you are.
• Digital products are delivered as a download straight after payment.
• You can get a full refund within 14 days: see the refund policy.

Using what you buy

Each template comes with a licence: one website per template, for yourself or one client, and no reselling or sharing of the template files. See the licence summary; the full licence is LICENSE.md in your download.

Free tools and guides

• The calculators, checkers and guides are free and are general information, not financial, tax or legal advice. Check important numbers yourself.
• The SEO checker reads public pages of the store you enter. Please only check stores you own or have permission to check, and don't use the tools to overload any site.
• The scores measure common best practices. They don't predict rankings, traffic or sales.

Services

Setup services are quoted individually. The prices shown are indicative, and nothing is agreed or charged until we confirm the job, the scope and the price with you by email.

Limits

• We try to keep everything accurate and working, but the site, tools and templates are provided "as is".
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a product is limited to what you paid for it.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, the Fair Trading Act or other consumer law that can't be excluded.
• New Zealand law applies.
