What you get
- A full run of our SEO & AI-readiness checker across up to 3 of your markets or languages, read and prioritised by us
- A written audit covering titles and descriptions, canonical tags, hreflang, Shopify Markets domains or subfolders, structured data (Product, Offer, Organization, BreadcrumbList), image alt text, robots.txt and sitemap
- An implementation guide: each fix with the exact Shopify admin path, in priority order
- Theme snippets (Liquid + JSON-LD) made for your theme, with instructions to paste them into a duplicate theme first
- Per-market title and meta description suggestions for up to 10 key pages (home, top collections, top products)
- One follow-up re-check after you've made the changes (within 30 days), with a short email summary
What's not included
- Calls, video meetings or screen-shares (questions are answered by email)
- Logging in to your Shopify admin. By default we work only from your public pages. If you want us to install the snippets, we send a Shopify collaborator request limited to the Themes permission. You approve it, and you can remove it any time. This is optional and never required
- Translating your store content, or writing product descriptions in bulk
- Paid apps, theme purchases, Shopify plan changes or Markets add-ons (you choose and pay for these yourself)
- Link building, ads, Google Business Profile or social media
- Legal or tax advice (for example on duties, VAT/GST registration in other countries)
- Any promise about rankings, traffic, AI-assistant mentions or sales
What you need to provide
- Your store URL, and which markets, languages and currencies you sell in
- Your theme name and version (Online Store → Themes)
- Your top 10 pages to focus on, or permission for us to choose them from your sitemap
- Optional: approve a collaborator request (Themes permission only), if you want us to install the snippets
- An email address you check: all communication is by email
How it works
- Send the quote request below. It's free, there's no obligation and nothing is charged.
- We reply by email to confirm the store fits this scope (for example, it must be a live, public Shopify store) and to give you a firm price.
- Work starts only after we've confirmed the job and price with you by email and you've said yes. We then send a Payhip payment link by email.
- You receive the audit, the implementation guide and your theme snippets as a PDF plus text files.
- Ask questions by email for 30 days. When you've made the changes, ask for your re-check.
Revisions and refunds
- The price shown is indicative. Your final price is in our email reply, and nothing is agreed or charged until you accept it.
- Revisions: one round of clarifications or corrections to the guide, requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds: full refund before we start. If the store turns out to be out of scope (for example password-protected or not on Shopify), you get a full refund. After delivery, if something in scope is missing we'll fix it, or refund part of the price if we can't. This doesn't limit your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act or other law that applies to you.
- Access: we never ask for your Shopify password, and we don't need any store access. A collaborator request (Themes only) is sent only if you ask us to install the snippets. You approve it, and you can revoke it.
- Your data: we keep your audit for 90 days so you can request the re-check, then delete it.
