What you get
- One of our HTML templates (Ledgerly, Groomhaus, Tradeline, Kneadwell, Brightnest or Vowlight), with its single-site licence included
- Your text, logo, colours and up to 15 of your photos placed across the template's existing pages
- Up to 6 extra article, service, project, treatment or wedding pages from text you supply, copied from the template's existing page layouts
- The contact form connected to Netlify Forms (free tier) so enquiries reach your email; page titles and meta descriptions written from your copy
- Publishing on Netlify's free plan in a Netlify account you create and own (we're added temporarily as a team member, or you upload the folder we send you)
- Domain connection if you already own a domain: we send the exact DNS records; you or your IT person add them
- A written handover note and the finished site folder, so you can edit text, swap images and re-publish yourself
What's not included
- Calls, video meetings or screen-shares (questions are answered by email)
- Writing your website copy from scratch, or copywriting beyond light editing and SEO titles
- Custom design, new page layouts or features the template doesn't have
- Buying or renewing your domain, email hosting, a paid Netlify plan or any other subscription (you pay these directly; the site itself runs on Netlify's free plan)
- Logos, photography, stock-image purchases or AI-generated images of real people
- Fake or invented reviews or testimonials: we only add ones you supply and have permission to use
- Ongoing maintenance after handover
- Any promise about search rankings, traffic, leads or sales
What you need to provide
- Business name, what you do, service area and contact details
- Your page text, or bullet points for each page (we lightly edit; we don't write from scratch)
- Logo (SVG or PNG) and brand colours if you have them
- Photos you own or have a licence for (link to a shared folder)
- A free Netlify account in your name (we explain how to create it)
- Your domain registrar login, or someone who can add DNS records, if you want a custom domain
How it works
- Send the quote request below. It's free, there's no obligation and nothing is charged.
- We reply by email to confirm the job fits this scope and to give you a firm price, or explain why not.
- Work starts only after we've confirmed the job and price with you by email and you've said yes. We then send a Payhip payment link by email.
- Once you've paid and shared your content folder, the delivery time starts.
- We send a preview link (on a free netlify.app address). You reply by email with any changes.
- After your revision round we publish the site in your Netlify account, connect your domain and send the handover note.
Revisions and refunds
- The price shown is indicative. Your final price is in our email reply, and nothing is agreed or charged until you accept it.
- Revisions: one round of changes, sent as a single email list within 7 days of the preview. Changes must stay within the template's existing layouts. Extra rounds are quoted in writing first, and you can say no.
- Refunds: full refund if you cancel before we start work. If we can't deliver what's described here, you get a full refund. After the preview is delivered, refunds are at our discretion, and partial refunds are offered if we've missed something in scope. This doesn't limit your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act or other law that applies to you.
- Delays on your side: if we're waiting on your content for more than 30 days, we'll check in by email. After 60 days with no reply, the order is closed and refunded minus 25% for work already done.
- Your data: we use your content only to build your site, and delete our working copies 30 days after handover.
