Each template is plain HTML, CSS and a little vanilla JavaScript, with no builder subscription, no framework and no build step. Each has a contact form ready for Netlify Forms or Formspree, a small interactive widget (a reading progress bar, a price estimator and a service-area checker), responsive phone, tablet and desktop layouts, colours set in one place, and a plain-English editing and publishing guide (PDF) you can also hand to clients.
Licence
The agency licence covers unlimited client sites. Hand finished websites over to your clients. You can't resell or redistribute the templates themselves. The full text is AGENCY-LICENSE.pdf in the download.

Questions
How is this different from the US$15 bundle?
Same three templates. The US$15 bundle allows one website per template. The Agency Bundle allows unlimited websites for you and your clients.
What do I get?
One zip containing ledgerly.zip, groomhaus.zip and tradeline.zip (each with the full site/ folder, the editing and publishing guide as PDF and Markdown, and the single-site LICENSE.md), plus AGENCY-LICENSE.pdf (and .md), which replaces the single-site licence, and a quick-start PDF. Payhip shows the download link straight after payment and emails it to you.
Do my clients need a subscription?
No. The sites are plain files. They can be hosted free on Netlify. A custom domain costs money from a registrar.
Can I resell the templates?
No. You can build and hand over as many client websites as you like, but you can't resell, share or redistribute the template files themselves, or list them on a marketplace.
How do I install it?
There's nothing to install. Unzip it, open site/index.html in your browser to look around, and edit the text in a free editor such as VS Code or Notepad. To publish, drag the site folder onto Netlify Drop (free). The guide covers each step, including the contact form and connecting a domain you own.
What file formats are included?
HTML, CSS and JavaScript files and WebP images for the website. The guide comes as a PDF and as a Markdown (.md) file. No builder, framework or build step is needed.
Do I get updates?
If we fix a problem in a template, we upload the corrected files to the same Payhip product, so the download link in your Payhip receipt gives you the current version. We don't promise a schedule of new features.
What if I get stuck?
Send us a message through the contact form and say which template you bought. We aim to reply soon, by email. We can help with the template's own files and the steps in the guide; we can't log in to your hosting, domain or form accounts for you.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If it's not right for you, ask within 14 days of buying and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked. Use the contact form or reply to your Payhip receipt. See the refund policy.
