How the fee is worked out
Monthly hours = (transactions × minutes each) + (employees × pay runs × minutes each) + GST work (spread per month: six-monthly 30 min, two-monthly 90 min, monthly 180 min) + fixed minutes. Fee = hours × your rate, rounded up to the nearest $10.
Use it to set fixed-fee tiers like "up to 80 / 250 / 600 transactions". Then check the tiers against your own time records after the first three months.
